What better way to end the day or enjoy the whole day next to! The sparking pool is inviting and easy to relax around in a sunny aspect – and private – most similar properties have pool areas that anyone can see into; ours however has a surrounding fence and is not overlooked, therefore very private.

As usual in Florida the pool is covered by a net screen to keep insects at bay but it does not block out any of the Florida Sunshine. If you do need some shade however you can sit under the covered porch, which has a sweep fan to give you a cooling breeze when the temperature is high. There is a table and chairs in the porch area that provides another place to dine, outside by the pool. Or enjoy an early morning coffee whilst others swim. The area can be illuminated at night for added enjoyment!

The pool is a good size with graduated depth and steps, together with Jacuzzi for those who would rather relax than swim. Comfortable loungers are provided together with pool toys for the children, small drinks tables and a cover for both the pool and Jacuzzi.

Most importantly however, for those with children, all doors that lead from the house too the pool area can be protected by alarms, so should a child try to enter the pool area without supervision, an adult is alerted.  In addition there is the facility to utilise our child barrier which can be fixed between the covered porch and the pool giving added security to ensure that infants and children who cannot swim are not able to access the pool without an adult.  Use of the alarms is optional as many people do vacate without infants and the child barrier can be moved should it not be required.
