As the villa has a large parking area on the front we have recently converted the large garage space into a games room and laundry area. 

A fantastic space for children and adults alike, we have fitted a full sized powered air hockey table, a pool table, darts and put a TV in the room with  music centre and a sofa making it particularly user friendly for children. 

The room also contains the laundry area which consists of a full sized American washer and tumble dryer, together with iron and ironing board.
