Welcome to Sunshine Holiday Villa!

We hope you like our villa. We feel that it is a fabulous place to stay for a holiday to remember.

This luxury villa is fully air conditioned, very light and airy, with plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and relax after busy days out.

Superb location, easily accessible, just three miles from Disney within a quiet secluded area. The usual entertainment requirements are catered for: TV, PS3, VCR, Cable, Ipod dock, games area with air hockey and pool table, darts etc.

In true American style, the sunny kitchen is equipped with everything you may need, including large washer and tumble dryer in the laundry area. Dining may be in the kitchen, dining room or outside near the pool.

The villa offers 4 bed/3 bath accommodation, with two master suites and two twin rooms with shared bathroom. The villa can sleep up to 8 adults.

Relax in the large sparkling heated swimming pool & Jacuzzi, or simply rest on a lounger and soak up some fabulous Florida sunshine.

For those more active, the adjacent recreational area comprises of tennis and basketball courts, putting green and children's play area.
